Our booths are built with UL and CSA-approved components and our fans are AMCA-rated. Furthermore, we design and manufacture in accordance with the applicable industry standards/guidelines to include OSHA, NFPA33, NEC, and BOCA. More importantly to you is that since we engineer, design, and build the booths on-site (in the USA / N.C.) we are able to customize the booth to your individual requirements while maintaining the aforementioned design and structural standards.

    Our orders are processed within 8 business hours and normally shipped, based upon availability, within 2 business days. Since we ship nationally, delivery time is dependent upon your location.

    Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

    All returns must be authorized (verbally or via e-mail)and the method of shipping must be approved by Merchant 1 Marketing.

    Cancellations must be made within the 8 hour order processing period - however, all efforts will be made by M1M to correct or cancel the order with vendor if at all possible. All refunds must be approved and are subject to return of merchandise in resellable condition. Payment to customer will be in 3 business days of refunds evaluation.

  • Equipment receipt/Unloading? - Customer is responsible for offloading of all products.

    -- Given the weight and dimensions of some equipment (i.e. Automotive and Motorcycle lifts)consideration must be given to unloading the equipment.

    -- Terminal pick-up is also an option if residental receipt is impractical.

    -- Customer pick-up is not available on our products because most are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor.

    -- We do not stock finished products - only materials for paint booth manufacturing.


  • Freight Policy? - Free Freight is our policy! Our business model is to offer products with a final acquisiton cost to our customer's.

  • Sales Tax? - As a NC-based business, all North Carolina residents and businesses are subject to at 7.75% sales tax.

  • Payments accepted? - Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

  • Check acceptance? - Yes, however, it will be 10 business days before the order process begins.

  • Can I pay C.O.D.? - No, because of processing fees and cost of delivery if rejected.
